Our Story
Hi, I’m Corey, founder of MotoRabbit Adventures located in Upstate New York.
The idea for MotoRabbit began after countless hours hunched over the computer, tirelessly tearing through different map sources, trying to find the most rural, scenic motorcycle experience. For us here at MotoRabbit, the destination isn't the highlight of a trip but rather the beauty that lies between start and finish.
Getting into the sport of adventure riding was a big part of my childhood. At an early age I can remember riding my little Honda Trail 50 in circles around the yard. As I grew older, I began to compete in hare-scrambles. Although fun, I felt that this wasn't my true calling. The speed and focus took away the enjoyment for me. I turned to another form of racing - hard enduro. Hard enduro was everything that hare-scramble wasn't. It was slower, technically more challenging and best of all it allowed me to enjoy more of the beauty of the landscape around me. As a teen I was obsessed with the freedom that two-wheels granted, I even got my motorcycle permit before my drivers permit. My first motorcycle, the trusty KLR 650 was the bike that opened my eyes to the world around me.
The serenity that I’ve found on a motorcycle rivals that of any tourist destination, and best of all it can be found anywhere. This is where my dream of creating an adventure website began. I feel upstate New York is a wonderful place to explore on two wheels, we have many special state forests but unfortunately little to no information for those that want to adventure ride. Although not a new concept by any means, my goal is to create a website that enables me to share my experiences, my highs and lows and hopefully create connections to other riders and communities in the Northeast. I want to share routes with others, welcome feedback, but most importantly - encourage new riders to get out there and explore responsibly.

Meet Our Riders

Hi, I'm Corey the Founder of MotoRabbit Adventures. My current rabbit is Yamaha Tenere 700.

I'm Emily, the creative behind MotoRabbit Adventures. When I'm not holding on for dear life behind Corey on the T700 I'm taking photographs for the site. I also ride a Yamaha TTR 125, off road through the woods.

James is my name and I'm Corey's younger brother. I grew up competing with him, first on bicycles and now full blow ADV bikes. I currently ride a 2011 KTM 990 ADV with 42k miles -"Yes, I know it looks like it, don't remind me". I'm always looking for the hardest terrain possible and never give up. If you can take a dirt bike on it, my 990 is going to try it.

Hi, my name is Amber and I am the crazy co-pilot of the KTM 990 piloted by James. I grew up riding horses, so hanging on the back is natural to me. I put 100% faith into my pilot as I know he won't want to harm his precious cargo (the KTM that is!)

Hey I'm Jon! Located in central MA. I grew up riding with Corey, who I have to thank for my obsession with all things adventure riding. I love conquering impossible terrain on a 500 lb bike. Currently on a 2020 Africa Twin ADV Sports.

Noah and Sara are adventure seeking rabbits that climb up hills and descend through even the toughest rocky terrain. Noah's nimble ADV skills are certainly from his mountain and gravel bicycling background. Sara and Noah are always up for a daring ADV route!

Hey ya'll I'm Bryan. I ride an Aprilia Tuareg 660, I'm a long time friend of Corey and I grew up riding dirt bikes, started on a DRZ, used to beat up a Suzuki Vstrom and now we heeeeeere.

Matty G rides his scrambler like no other through the gravel roads and class 4's of Vermont. His other rabbit of choice is a KTM 790. Matt's background in mountain and gravel biking makes him an excellent ADV rider.

Ezra rides a Yamaha T700, also a mountain bike and gravel cyclist - his skills transfer over greatly with balance and line choice. Ezra is always up for an ADV ride, especially in the Green Mountains of his home state of Vermont.

Hi I'm Cookie. I currently ride an Yamaha Tenere 700 and used to rock an F800GS. I started on a PW50 at 3 and have been riding ever since. My background is motorcycle trials and hard enduro. Adventure riding is my favorite way to relax and get together with like minded friends.

David Crothers hails from the Green Mountains of Vermont, enjoys long rides in the woods with friends, loves to cuddle and appreciates an ice cold Keystone from time to time. Currently on a 2018 Africa Twin ADV Sports

Hello we are Roberta and Jim, parents of Mr. MotoRabbit. We've been riding for over 30 years. Roberta started out on a Yamaha 175 and Jim on a Bultaco. Currently on BMW 650GS and a KTM 690.

Wassup kitties, it's Jerry here. I ride a 2016 Africa Twin (for the record I was the first to ride an AT, everyone else is a copy kitty). City boy with a country bike fueled by Keystone Light and little smokies!
